Return Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive a physical item to request a return.
Conditions for Physical Products
The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

POD (Print-on-Demand) products
Before purchasing, please carefully review the size charts. Orders with the wrong size selected or changes of mind will not be accepted for return, since these products are made specifically to order.
Returns will only be accepted if the product was sent with:

A different size than the one you ordered, or

The product arrived damaged or defective.

We will evaluate the issue and inform you of the available solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to:

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Orders of $70 or more qualify for free return shipping within the United States.
For orders under $70, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
